Material Options

       Several factors help to determine which material is best suited for your presentation product needs The most important factors are based on the planned usage for presentation product and the decoration wanted. 

COATING PAPER is widely be used for Turned Edge (Euroflex) products like Menu Cover, Wine List, Custom Ring Binders ect. After the multicolor offset printing process the artwork could be laminated with glossy or matt OPP film to protect the printing surface. The characteristics of coating paper are good material for all purpose binder material. Comes in a very wide variety of colors and textures; can have a very flexible cover size and can be after the film lamination, Foil stamping, Embossing, Partial or full with UV coating. Paper is available in a wide range of colors, arts and surface patterns to suit corporate or design requirements.

VINYL is a very popular, all-purpose material for presentation products. The binders are created by heat-sealing vinyl around binder board to create the binder case or by sew machine to create a hand-stitched presentation product. Vinyl products are great for seminars, sales meetings, reservations, menu covers, wine and cafe  list, price lists or reference materials. The characteristics of vinyl are good materials for temperature, indoor office environment; It comes in a variety of colors, textures and finishes. Can have a very soft, expanded/supported or somewhat flexible cover and can be screen printed, Foil stamping or by offset printing with UV protecting for a large quantity.

POLY SHEET is a high density polypropylene sheet. The one-piece poly binder construction makes this a more durable and yet less expensive alternative. Poly binders are perfect for reference or training guides that will be frequently handled such as manuals in a workshop area or in the fields. Poly comes in different thickness, you can choose between 0.50mm to 1.50mm polypropylene for binder. A range from 0.20mm-0.45mm used for packaging solutions. The characteristics of poly sheet are comes in a wide variety of bright opaque colors, pearl effect colors and translucent colors. Durable, high density material that will not fade, crack or tear; withstands temperature extremes without changing the item form. It can be screen printed, Foil stamped or offset printed.
